About The Owner

Mharla Simmons, a Bay Area native, has been licensed for nearly 25 years. She was introduced to this field by her maternal grandmother who was also a broker and developer in Oakland. While pursuing her undergraduate degree in Economics at UC Berkeley, Mharla simultaneously learned how to manage her family's apartment portfolio. This sparked a desire within her to become a licensed salesperson. Since then, Mharla has achieved many accomplishments in the real estate field, including fix and flips, real estate sales, commercial and residential property management, and project management. With the passion for helping others, she believes it's important to manage her client's portfolios as meticulously as if it were her own while providing a memorable management experience for tenants to appreciate.
